Learning to pass an endoscope requires eye-hand coordination and building muscle memory as to how your hand and finger need to move the endoscope thumb-wheel to get the endoscope to go where you want it to. After many years of trying to figure out how to achieve this muscle memory that only comes from hundreds of scoping repetitions, Carol Winchester built Training Boxes that have channels replicating the nasal passages one might encounter in patients, from easy-to-difficult levels. Inside the channels are pegs that one scopes-to, learning how to turn the scope, arm, hand, and body to achieve placement.

The Scoping Station provides the trainee with a video, instructing one how to hold and manipulate the endoscope as the trainee practices on two training boxes that provide twelve different scoping paths. This training aide is the perfect companion to learning to scope on live subjects and is particular to the FEESTraining.com Center. Our guarantee is that if you scope these boxes hundreds of times while you are in attendance, there will be very few situations as you scope patients, where you will not be able to successfully gain the view that you need for accurate diagnosis.
